DuPont Tate & Lyle to Present “Novel Deodorant Formulation Techniques Using Zemea® Propanediol”
Wilmington, Del., March 30, 2016 – Glycols are key ingredients in many of today’s cosmetic and personal care products, in roles as varied as solvents, humectants, emollients and sensorial modifiers. Formulators in search of a natural alternative to petroleum-based glycols have a high-performing, skin-friendly option in the form of Zemea® propanediol. In addition, two roll-on antiperspirant formulations using Zemea® propanediol will be presented to show formulators how to overcome the challenges of stability, aesthetics, and roller ball issues.
